Samson Umurhurhu possesses extensive experience in managing the core areas of Human Resources and stakeholders in multinational company environments – from Country, Regional and Zonal/Global levels.
He was the Head of Human Resources in Nestlé, Nigeria. He was also appointed to the position of Head of Human Resources in Nestlé, Central & West Africa. Mr Umurhurhu was later posted to Nestlé Global Head Office in Switzerland where he served on an expatriate status for about 12 years. He is a certified Strengths Coach by the Gallup Organisation; a center for Coaching Certification USA Certified Master Coach, as well as an International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed Associate Certified Coach. Currently, he is the CEO of Thrive Coaching Centre and HR Consulting Services Limited, and is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

He holds a degree in Accounting and a masters in Business Administration.
He was the group head Accounts and Operations at Flame Petroleum and Gas Company Ltd.
He is a financial Analyst with CNL. He is very active in his local church where he serves as a zonal coordinator.
He also owns a library where he rents out Christian fiction novels to readers for free. He is passionate about inspiring the younger generation.

Dotun Akande holds a Bsc degree in Economics from the University of Ado Ekiti. She has over 12 years banking experience before her switch into the world of developmental disability. She is the founder of Patrick Speech and Language Center. A center for the education of children with Autism.
Over the years she has attended numerous training programmes on autism and other developmental disorders at various International Institutions including National Autistic Society (NAS) UK, Geneva Centre for Autism Canada, Western Psychological Services, USA and the Discovery Initiative South Africa. She holds a diploma in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. She regularly gives lectures on Autism and is a strong advocate for Autism awareness in Nigeria.
